He created and built the healthcare practice at PSI, the world’s largest testing company, focused on hiring and development efforts for hospital leaders, staff, and physicians. He also serves as Executive Advisor for J3P Healthcare Solutions where he designs and deploys physician leadership development programs for physician groups and health systems, and physician professional societies including the AAOS, ASES, ACPM, and the AOC.
He teaches seminars and graduate level courses on a variety of topics, including leadership, talent strategies, emotional intelligence, physician career success, medical malpractice reform, team facilitation and collaboration, healthcare law, and the U.S. Healthcare System. He is an adjunct faculty member of the Carnegie Mellon University Heinz College, Master’s of Medical Management Program. Among his numerous publications are papers on governance, leadership, clinical productivity and physician career success for Clinical Orthopaedics and Related Research, and the Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma.
Bryan lives in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife, Donna, and when he’s not helping our clients he spends his time reading, joining Donna and their dogs on hiking and motorcycle trips, and teaching yoga and meditation to Cancer patients and survivors.
