Where Strategy Meets Execution
  • AHI grew out of the idea that our clients need a combination of expertise, practical guidance, and a willingness to tackle the real barriers to success. Our experts have served as senior leaders, themselves, and as trusted advisors to administrative and physician leaders – for decades.
  • We are NOT a general consulting firm. Service line and physician practice, success is our particular focus and area of expertise.
  • Our data and strategic expertise is supported by our deep experience with creating a shared vision, engaging leaders and staff, building relationships, aligning goals, and empowering effective leaders and teams – the hard work that many consulting firms avoid.
Experienced Leaders

AHI deploys healthcare industry experts with deep expertise across the care continuum. Our team has worked across the system of care and thus understands the nuances of each care site and the importance of integrating key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.

Strategic and Operationally Balanced

AHI provides a unique approach to consulting that bridges the gap between strategy and execution.  Each engagement is supported by tactical steps for implementation and monthly calls following project conclusion. We are with you for the long haul to support your long-term success using strategies that are grounded in real world experience.

Comprehensive and Connected

Industry relationships are key to gaining a balanced and grounded perspective. AHI has developed a strong network of relationships with leaders across the health system, physician practice, supplier, and related healthcare industry space to ensure a grounded and comprehensive perspective.
